The four-hour program prepared by Mr. and Mrs. Babka for the sixth-graders runs like water. At the end, really everyone feels refreshed and encouraged. We thank you!
Jaromir and Katerina Babka have only recently included a project called “Effective Communication” in their offer to schools. And from the beginning it is obvious, that this style of program suits them to measure.
Through shared experienced, games and various activities aimed on building positive relationships between classmates, Jaromir and Katerina successfully convey important information to children in a very natural way.
Jaromir has the main word and guides the program.
Katerina listens sensitively, watches the mutual reactions of the participants and helps to create a pleasant atmosphere. She aptly adds the program by knowledge about current events in the classroom and encourages the pupils to discuss. They gradually start to talk and lose their inhibitions and fears of saying something wrong. The school environment in its stressful form loses its influence and creative well-being begins.
Every time the bell rings at the end of lesson, it feels like only a moment has passed. After the fourth ring, it’s over and the pupils applaud.
For Jaromir and Katerina, however, this does not mean the end of the morning. Together with the class teacher, who participated in the program, they head to the headmaster´s office for a final evaluation. Here, they also exchange findings from the program with the headmaster of the school and the school representative, and discuss what and how the classroom could be improved.
Jaromir and Katerina have recently received an increasingly positive response from the schools in the vicinity on their workplace.
What they bring into the programs could be summed up in a sentence heard recently from the headmistress of one of the schools they visited,
“On behalf of the entire teaching staff, I want to confirm that we are eagerly awaiting your arranged program and at the same time looking forward it. You always bring hope to our school.”
