In the Healthy Youth program, from the very beginning we intended to create a stable team of co-workers who have been working for a long time. This framework gives space for people to mature in this work and find their personal gifts.
Since 2003, we have been regularly preparing two-day training sessions for lecturers. The costs are fully covered by the foundation’s resources. The goal is to enable our employees to share, enrich each other and strengthen in their valuable service.
Looking back, we see that these investments are paying off richly. For trainers, concentration days are a valuable opportunity to be with people who are in the same service. The atmosphere of concentration is full of enthusiasm brought by people who are dedicated to serving the young generation.
We also invite guests to the camp – usually people who are close collaborators of one of the lecturers. There are also those who are considering personally participating in the Healthy Youth program.
